The presentation was given during the RESYST 3rd annual meeting, hosted by the Health Strategy and Policy Institute in Hanoi, Vietnam. The meeting began with a workshop - attended by representatives from the Ministry of Health in Vietnam, which shared international experiences on provider payment reforms for universal health coverage.
