This presentation was given at the First Workshop on Behavioral and Experimental Health Economics in Oslo in January 2014.

It reports on an experimental economic project that investigates the relative impact of tournaments, bonus and fine systems, on health providers' activities, and the impact of Pay for Performance (P4P) scheme on an intellectual task given to providers.
