Carrot, stick or competition? The relative effect of P4P schemes in health care

It reports on an experimental economic project that investigates the relative impact of tournaments, bonus and fine systems, on health providers' activities, and the impact of Pay for Performance (P4P) scheme on an intellectual task given to providers.
