Dr Tran Thi Mai Oanh

Dr Tran Thi Mai Oanh is the Director of the Health Strategy and Policy Institute (HSPI) in Vietnam. Dr Oanh graduated as a medical doctor from the Hanoi Medical University in 1990. Since 2007 she has been the Deputy Director of the HSPI before becoming its Director in 2013.
