Ibe Ogochukwu Paschaline is a researcher at the health Policy Research Group, College of Medicine, University of Nigeria. She has an MSc in Health economics, management and Policy. Her research interests’ include health care financing, health equity, economics of malaria and HIV/AIDS treatment and control etc.
She has been involved in various research projects to generate evidence needed for proper implementation and scaling up health system policies and interventions. She is currently involved in the RESYST multi-country study on the purchasing arrangements in a range of middle and low income countries.
